FROM OUR SUPPLIERS TO YOUR SPACE
How courier charges, supplier deliveries and collection at our Kimberley showroom work.
Effective date: 1 October 2026. Published / reviewed: 8 October 2026.
Your seller is AWIIDA INTERIORS (PTY) LTD, registration number 2013/162419/07, trading as AWiiDA Interiors. Our company and legal-notice details appear in the Terms & Conditions.
Our standard online delivery service is for eligible physical addresses in South Africa. Wallpaper Inn and Hertex HAUS products normally travel directly from the relevant supplier or distribution centre to you. AWiiDA remains your point of contact for the order, delivery and aftercare.
Different suppliers, warehouses or lead times may mean separate parcels and delivery dates. We provide available dispatch and tracking information. A delivery address must be accessible to the relevant courier; a post-office box cannot receive furniture or ordinary door-to-door parcels. International delivery is not included in the standard South African checkout service.
The delivery method and total charge are shown before you place and pay for an order. Retail prices are in South African rand and include applicable VAT; the order summary shows any delivery charge separately. AWiiDA’s VAT number is 463 0269 563.
Its published standard South African rate is R150 below R1,500 and free from R1,500. Outlying routes can attract a surcharge. Assembly is a separate optional service and is not included in an ordinary courier rate.
Its published policy offers free standard delivery on eligible orders over R2,500, excluding “Worth the Wait” items. Below that threshold, charges can depend on shipment weight. The supplier’s current rate returned for the basket and destination is displayed at checkout; no universal flat rate is promised.
Each supplier’s basket is assessed separately. Products from one supplier do not count towards the other supplier’s free-delivery threshold. For example, if the rates returned are R150 and R200, the combined charge is R350. Separate dispatches covered by the accepted standard delivery charge do not automatically create a second charge.
Supplier promotions and rate calculators may differ from general published guidance. The applicable standard delivery amount shown and accepted at AWiiDA checkout is the amount charged for that order. Future supplier price changes do not retrospectively increase it.
If a valid supplier rate cannot be retrieved for your address or basket, checkout must obtain a valid delivery option before you pay; a failed calculation is not treated as free delivery. Check the address details and try again, or contact us for assistance.
No unapproved extra charges: unusual access, a remote route or a separately requested service may require a different arrangement. Where an additional charge was not included at checkout, we explain it and obtain your express agreement before providing or charging for that extra service. We do not automatically debit you or make payment of an undisclosed fee compulsory. If we cannot fulfil the accepted delivery arrangement and no alternative is agreed, you may cancel the affected unfulfilled order for a refund, subject to your full legal rights.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays. Estimates begin when payment and the information needed to fulfil the order are received and the goods are available for dispatch. They are not a promise that an out-of-stock or made-to-order item is immediately available.
Sale periods, public holidays, festive closures, imports and courier disruptions can affect timing. We will communicate material delays and a revised estimate. Do not book irreversible installation work solely against an estimated arrival date; allow time to receive and inspect the actual goods. This advice does not remove responsibility for an agreed delivery commitment or losses for which the law makes us liable.
Where ECTA applies, the order must be fulfilled within 30 days after receipt unless another period is agreed. If we do not perform within the agreed period, the applicable statutory cancellation remedies remain available, including cancellation on seven days’ written notice under ECTA section 46 where its requirements are met. If goods become unavailable, we notify you promptly and refund the affected payment within the applicable legal period, no later than 30 days after that notification under ECTA. We do not substitute an item without your agreement.
Choose the AWiiDA collection option offered at checkout. Collection is at 40 Cronin Road, Hadison Park, Kimberley, Northern Cape, 8301, by arrangement once we confirm your order is ready.
Collection is not necessarily free. Suppliers may charge to transport the goods to our showroom. Checkout calculates that inbound supplier transport using the Kimberley destination; you collect the goods from us instead of paying for a further courier trip from AWiiDA to your home. Any applicable charge is shown before payment.
Wait for our ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling. Bring your order reference and reasonable proof that you are the purchaser or an authorised collector. Tell us beforehand if somebody else is collecting. Use a vehicle and securing materials suitable for the size, weight and fragility of your purchase.
We allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods. For goods accepted and collected by you or your authorised collector, responsibility for your subsequent transport passes to you, without affecting rights concerning existing defects or our negligence. A supplier’s own depot collection address is not AWiiDA’s collection location.
If you cannot collect as arranged, contact us to reschedule. We will not automatically impose an undisclosed storage charge, forfeit your order or dispose of your goods. Any necessary extended-storage arrangement and reasonable charge must first be communicated and agreed, subject to the law.
Supply an accurate address, postcode, contact number and any security or estate instructions. Ensure an authorised person can receive the delivery. Tell us about stairs, narrow doors, lifts, gravel roads, steep access, vehicle restrictions or other obstacles before dispatch. Measure the route and intended location against the product dimensions; ask us for help when a dimension is critical.
Standard courier delivery does not include furniture assembly, drilling, wall mounting, electrical work, installation, removal of old furniture or styling unless expressly included in the accepted order. Do not assume a courier can lift goods over walls or carry them up inaccessible stairs. Any delivery service limitation relevant to your order must be disclosed before you commit.
Hertex’s optional assembly service is limited by area and product eligibility, is charged separately, and must be arranged before supplier invoicing. It is not automatically included in AWiiDA checkout. Where available and expressly booked, the agreed written scope controls. Its service guidance excludes drilling, electrical connections and removal of existing furniture, and asks for at least 48 hours’ notice of rescheduling. Any lawful late-change charge must be disclosed and reasonable.
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or an undisclosed access restriction, reasonable actual re-delivery costs may be payable after explanation and agreement. You do not pay a re-delivery charge caused by our error or the appointed courier’s fault. We do not require anyone to perform unsafe unloading or installation.
Inspect the outer packaging, count parcels and check the goods as soon as reasonably possible. Record visible damage or missing parcels on the delivery note, and take photos where practical. You may refuse an obviously damaged or incorrect delivery, with reasons, and contact us immediately. Keep the packaging while a transport claim is investigated.
Goods remain at our risk until delivery to you or your authorised recipient in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. Handover to a courier appointed by us or the supplier does not by itself transfer that risk to you. An unattended drop-off requires your express arrangement and cannot waive mandatory rights.
A signature confirms receipt; it is not a waiver of hidden defects, missing contents discovered afterwards or consumer remedies. Report problems promptly to info@awiidainteriors.co.za. Any supplier request for rapid reporting is an evidence-gathering measure, not a replacement for legal claim periods. Our Returns, Refunds & Warranties Policy explains the available remedies and who pays for return transport.
For tracking, a delivery that has not arrived, an address correction or a cancellation, contact AWiiDA with your order reference. Address changes after dispatch depend on courier capability; we confirm any reasonable additional cost before agreeing a change. If a parcel is lost or damaged, we investigate with the supplier or courier and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and law. You are not required to recover our courier insurance before pursuing your claim with us.
Events outside reasonable control may require a revised arrangement, but do not justify keeping payment indefinitely for goods we cannot supply. We explain the impact, take reasonable steps to reduce it, and preserve your cancellation and refund rights.

Changes to this policy apply to future orders. An existing order remains governed by the terms and delivery charge disclosed when it was accepted, together with mandatory law. The effective date does not retrospectively reduce any accrued right.
